Technical Support
We can provide technical for both products that we have supplied, and also for a range of products that we do not, or have not supplied to you. Our own products come with a minimum of 3 months support included at no cost, and optionally can be provided with support up to the lifetime of the product (typically 3-5 years) with extensions as necessary. Additionally we can extend the life of some of your legacy systems by providing the expertise to keep them running smoothly and efficiently .
Our services include;
ICTSC Product Support
If you acquire a piece of technology from us we will ensure that you have good support from the planning and implementation stages, through to post implementation assessment stages. We will be available to you if you need us. Once you have taken ownership of any of our systems we will then continue to support you at no cost for 3 months, (unless you have agreed a longer support period with us in advance) although we will continue to provide updates and patches for the lifetime of the system. If you require support outside of that time frame all you need to do is contact us with your customer reference number and we will be able to offer you either a quote for ongoing support or for support on an issue by issue basis.
Third Party Product Support
If you have a system or software that is no longer supported, or you are not entitled to support (or none is available) we may be able to help you. We can provide help and support for all of the technologies that we supply, even if we did not supply it to you, for more information about what we can support please contact us via our contact page.
